Quick, easy to follow workout to do at home! 20 minutes and your done so grab some dumbbell and lets get to work!
Each exercise is performed for 40 seconds followed by a 15 second rest.
The moves:
1- Squat with Single DB
2- RDL + DB Row
3- Push Ups + Shoulder Tap
4- Curls
5- Squat + Press (right side)
6- Plank Walk Outs
7- Squat + Press (left side)
8- Reverse Lunges
9- Shoulder Front Raise
10- Alternating Snatches
